PicLab - Photo Editor is a powerful photo editor that lets you modify your images through an easy-to-use interface. It also has a tool for creating collages using multiple photos.
Although PicLab - Photo Editor offers good tools, it has one pretty serious problem: you have to pay in order to use many of the features, while other similar apps include them for free. For example, other apps include as many as 20 different filters for free, while PicLab offers only five.
PicLab also lets you add text and stickers, which you can also buy. Just as you'd expect from a photo editing app, you can adjust brightness, saturation etc. These are all common features and they work properly, but they don't add anything new or special.
PicLab - Photo Editor is a good app, although hard to recommend, since it offers fewer free features than other similar apps, such as Instagram, Retrica, Candy Camera, and Cymera, among many other alternatives.
